Age group: Adults: Day 1 (120 mg), Day 2 (60 mg), Day 3 (60 mg), Day 4 (60 mg), Day 5 (60 mg), Day 6 (60 mg), Day 7 (60 mg) & Total dose (480 mg).
Age group: Child :Years:11-15 : Day 1 (90 mg), Day 2 (45 mg), Day 3 (45 mg), Day 4 (45 mg), Day 5 (45 mg), Day 6 (45 mg), Day 7 (45 mg) & Total dose (360 mg).
Age group: Child :Years: 7-10 : Day 1 (60 mg), Day 2 (30 mg), Day 3 (30 mg), Day 4 (30 mg), Day 5 (30 mg), Day 6 (30 mg), Day 7 (30 mg) & Total dose (240 mg).
Age group: Child :Years: 4-6 : Day 1 (40 mg), Day 2 (20 mg), Day 3 (20 mg), Day 4 (20 mg), Day 5 (20 mg), Day 6 (20 mg), Day 7 (20 mg) & Total dose (160 mg).

Adverse Reactions
No side effects have been reported on clinical dosage. However, very few cases of temporary reticulocyte subsidence have been noted.

Contra Indications
All types of malaria including severe malaria , cerebral malaria and multi- drug resistant malaria
