Indications
- Nausea and vomiting in endogenous and exogenous intoxications.
Warning & Precautions
- The drug should be used with particular caution in patients with parkinson’s disease treated with levodopa, since Vitamin B6 can antagonize L-dopa effects.

- One or two ampoules daily, by intramuscular or intravenous injection. - The dosage should be adjusted to individual needs.
Adverse Reactions
- Rarely and in predisposed subjects, allergic reactions of different types and different sites have been reported.
Contra Indications
- Hypersensitivity to one or more of the components. - The presence of acute infection uncontrolled by an appropriate antimicrobial therapy.
Drug Interactions
Concurrent use of barbiturats, carbamazepines, phenytoin, rifampicin, oral contraceptives and potassium depleting diuretics.
