Spasmo-Urgenin Indications (Usage)

For all forms of spasmodic pain associated with micturition , for frequency or difficulty in emptying the bladder resulting from diseases of the bladder, prostate or urethra or caused by other states of urinary tract irritation.

Spasmo-Urgenin Dosage

Unless otherwise directed, the usual dose is 2 dragees 3 times daily after meals. It is advisable to continue treatment for a reasonable length of time. The good response should be consolidated by a subsequent course of urgenin . Note : Spasmo - Urgenin may be safely taken at the same time with other drugs such as antibiotics, sulphonamides and hormones and also during spinal treatment or radiotherapy. The diet should be light and free from irritants

Spasmo-Urgenin Contra Indications

Spasmo - Urgenin should not be used in glaucoma , advanced benign prostatic enlargement with residual urine in excess of 100 ml, mechanical stenoses of the gastro - intestinal tract, rapid and irregular heart rate , megacolon , coronary insufficiency .
